The packages includes a full, lit stage set with 12” High brightness screen, and matching lectern. The lectern will house a TFT confidence monitor showing the same image as the main screen.
Presentations will be loaded and operated from the main control at the rear of the room. There will be a simple 2 button cue system on the lectern allowing forward and back operation of the slides. This system guarantees a clean perfect transition between speakers presentations. A quality PA system is provided, including a lectern microphone, and two hand held wireless microphones for question and answer sessions.
A high spec conference PC is an integral part of the package.
